2. Surface Water Management Plan including analysis of storm sewer system and open channel back water profiles for safe operation, performance and adequacy of the proposed grading, paving and drainage systems.
3. Flood routing calculations of pre-development and post-development discharge rates; volumes routing through interconnected ponds to determine minimum road and house pad elevations, preparation of Letter of Map Amendment (LOMA) with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) for flood plain boundaries revision.
